Oversee every commercial project’s progress with precision and attention to detail
Manage job costing and conduct post-completion reviews to ensure profitability goals are met
Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain cost controls and maximize efficiency
Provide monthly metrics and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports to Operations. Clear and impactful, no fluff
Design and implement policies to boost operational efficiency across all projects
Track subcontractor labor and material costs to optimize spending
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to drive overall profitability

3+ years of experience in commercial project management within a construction or electrical environment
